I contacted StarFix for a second opinion. Initially i contacted brookswood appliance (Dec 22, 2022) for repairing a water line for ice and water. The tech came and charged me $120 for the call out and said there was nothing he could do and recommended to get rid of the fridge and replace it. He offered a replacement fridge through brookswood appliance. The next day (today Dec 23, 2022) I called out StarFix and Jon came and took one look at the fridge and said yes it’s an easy repair. He was in and out in 30 min with the water line working again. The fee for a service call out was $100 and because of a smaller job he charged $50 on top. He was pleasant and helpful. As a single mom on a fixed income I found Brookswood appliance to be a bit predatory in their suggestion to take away my fridge and offer a replacement one- it made me think maybe they would have repaired my water line and then resold as a replacement fridge to someone else. I highly recommend StarFix. He even came out in the snowstorm to help today. I will be using them from now on.

Start to finish, amazing service and quality! John came out and inspected our washing machine, it was stopping mid cycle and leaking a little bit of water. He really quickly identified the issue and was able to fix super quickly. Really really happy with our service thank you John!!

After calling a few places who quoted a higher rate and appointment dates further into the future, I was really happy that Starfix was able to come the next day and with the cheapest quote. Very happy with John's work. He is honest and very good technician. He fixed our Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher. It was very difficult to troubleshoot the problem and took sometime to find the problem, but John did not not give up on and fixed it at no extra cost to us. He also gave me honest opinion on our washer problem that helped us make right decision to weather to fix it or buy a new one. I highly recommend John and Starfix Appliance repair service.

Called Starfix Appliance repair first thing in the morning today after I had problem with my laundry washer last night. Technician, John arrived within an hour at my place and pointed out the problem on the washer within 5mins. I was lucky that John had every replacement part on stock that he could fix it during his first visit. Regardless about the part availability, John was very polite and friendly and on the top of all very professional. Thumbs up for John and his best quality service of all. I am very satisfied with the service that Starfix provided. Highly recommended for appliance services.

John was extremely helpful. He was prompt in setting up an appointment and attending the location. John and his colleague were able to diagnose the issue with our fridge and fix it incredibly fast, and cleaned up the area which was even their mess. They were very friendly and will certainly contact them again in the future when any of our other appliances require repair. Excellent service!!

John from Starfix has attended to our appliances on 2 occasions .We were very happy with his professional attitude, is very polite, prices very fair.He even came in the evening after a long day to diagnose our issue and then came back the next morning to repair. John was very polite and professional. Called for a refrigerator repair and he was here an hour later. He explained everything even enough for myself to understand what was wrong and how to fix it and he worked fast. We will definitely use again. Thank you so much!!

John came to look at a washer and was able to identify the issue quickly. Unfortunately a second issue was found when he came to replace the part. He was able to find this part too and install it as soon as he could. He came the following day to check the washer after a minor concern. At all times he kept us informed of everything that was going on and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

They are very quick in responding. They came to do the service the same day. I can see that John is a very skilled in doing his job. Excellent service, very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Starfix again if needed and I highly recommend their service.
